Our Programs

Classes

At the current time, Gentle Chi® is being taught in two locations:

  • Hazelden-Springbrook in Newberg, Oregon (until December 31, 2010)
  • Family Martial Arts Academy in Beaverton, Oregon

You may also arrange for private classes.  To learn more about classes, please contact us by email or phone.

Corporate Wellness Programs

We can help you to improve the health and well being of your employees with a customized Wellness Program at your place of business.  Better health, prevention, and awareness can improve your company’s performance! Insurance premiums can often be negotiated to help provide incentives in maintaining a strong and healthy work force.  You can realize fewer sick days, fewer injuries, happier people, closer community, and a decrease in visits to doctors.  A win:win for everyone.

Please contact us to arrange for a business consultation.

See our recent performance at Nike Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon that helped celebrate their 2010 year end.

there can be no community without vulnerability;
there can be no peace, and ultimately no life, without community.”
